I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Palermo. The location was perfect, just a short walk to restaurants and bars, and only 5 minutes from the nearest tube station. The outdoor terrace was a great feature, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The host, Roberto, was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. He even offered to drive us to the airport. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean. The hotel facilities were great and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had a wonderful experience.

Everything there was perfect, especially the quiet ambiance. Their service was fantastic too. I loved the host who runs the place. It was located in a secure area near the airport and bars and restaurants in Palermo and the nearest tube station,😀

The host Roberto was amazing, leaving us drinks and snacks on arrival. The apartment felt like a home from home with spacious rooms, TVs in each room, and a lovely balcony overlooking a square with cafes. Conveniently walkable to places like the botanical gardens. The air conditioning was fantastic.

the property's location was excellent, and it was one of the cleanest and most comfortable places I've ever stayed at while traveling in Brazil and Argentina. the apartment had everything I needed for my stay, and the highlight was the large outdoor terrace with a beautiful view of Plaza Guemes. the host, Robert, was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with information on local attractions and even offering to drive us to the airport.

Atico Palermo was a great place to stay in Palermo. the apartment had everything we needed for our visit, whether it was a short stay or an extended one. the location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Palermo itself is a relaxed and enjoyable area to stay in. the highlight of the apartment was the spacious patio on the 11th floor, which provided a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the views. We also had the pleasure of meeting Robert, our host, who was extremely gracious, welcoming, and accommodating. He went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met and any questions answered. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Cons: Could not be improved in any way ✨.

The elevator was quite small and noisy, which could be a bit challenging for taller guests or those with a lot of luggage. The hot water supply for showers was limited, so be prepared for quick showers.

I couldn't believe the value for money at Atico Palermo. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a TV in each room and a lovely balcony overlooking a lively square with cafes. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the botanical gardens and close to the subway. But the best part was the amazing host, Roberto. He went above and beyond, leaving drinks and snacks for us on arrival, offering to drive us to the airport when our cab didn't show up, and being available for anything we needed. Truly the best host we've ever had!

The breakfast could use some improvement, maybe more options or fresher pastries.
